Restaurant Manager Substitute Restaurant specialist (m/f)

For our company we are looking for a motivated service employee as assistant/deputy to the restaurant manager with professional practice and experience.
Our season starts on December 15, 2023 until the beginning of Easter Monday 2024.

I would like to give you some information about our company in advance:
The Bergheimat is a traditional family business in 4..generation and exists for over 70 years.
The hotel is occupied with an average of 40-70 to a maximum of 100 people, depending on the season.
And depending on the development of the coming winter.
In the vacations also with a few children, mainly German-speaking guests, couples, winter hikers, skiers and connoisseurs as audience. We also still have a large proportion of regular guests.

There are 5-6 waiters in the service team.
We have daily served 4-course menu, 1 x per week buffet evening, in summer terrace service.
Our guests, many of them regulars, are used to courtesy and attention in a quiet service.
Our cuisine is very regional with the best products, there is a great wine and beverage selection.

We have a 6 day week with 9h/day.
Your accommodation in the room with bathroom, WC, TV and board, W-LAN and use of the wellness area, billiards, table tennis, fitness corner is included.
There is also a recreation room and an employee laundry room with a washer and dryer.
All employees can use the coffee machine in the kitchen with tea all day.
For drinks in between there are syrups with water and 1 x per day a drink from the bar, such as lemonade, cola, beer, wine.

Our team consists mainly of longtime employees in different nations
such as Austria, Germany, Hungary, Slovakia, Spain, Romania, Poland.

We can offer you a net salary of approx. 2,200.00, depending on your qualifications also higher if you have completed vocational training (apprenticeship or technical college) or many years of practice.
If work is done on holidays, they are paid out.
Vacation entitlement is paid out at the end of the season if not all days are consumed.
