Your area of responsibility - Service to guests - Preparing and finishing the bar - Mise en place and orders - Preparing bar drinks, cocktails, wine recommendations,. - Active assistance in the restaurant during service - Care and cleaning of work utensils - Guest care - You go through the business with open eyes, do not close your eyes to challenges and sometimes roll up your sleeves
Requirements
As for you, you... - have a self-confident and well-groomed appearance - experience in the hotel and catering industry - have experience with cash register systems - have experience at the bar, in the restaurant and are interested in spirits and wine. - are able to multitask and are stress-resistant - enjoy your work and like to work with nice colleagues and guests - speak fluent German and English - like to work only in the evening/late shift from 15:00
