For our motivated and creative kitchen team, led by Thomas Zelezny, we are looking for a committed and qualified Chef de Partie (m/f/d) from mid-February 2025. In our privately owned and modern hotel business in a prime location (right next to the Hahnenkamm cable car) in Kitzbühel, our team is the most important pillar for our joint and sustainable success. Requirements
You have completed vocational training as a chef and have sound experience in upscale gastronomy. Your passion for cooking and your pronounced quality awareness make you a reliable support in the kitchen.
Creativity and commitment are not just concepts for you, but principles that you put into practice in your daily work. You are enthusiastic about innovative cooking techniques and appreciate combining traditional recipes with modern approaches.
