We are looking for a Demi Chef de Partie for our Italian restaurant in the heart of the Zillertal.

For this position we are looking for creativity and attention to detail. You should have a good eye for visuals and be highly quality-conscious.
We expect you to have a structured way of working and the ability to keep a cool head.
Your tasks
Kitchen operations: Support in the organization and implementation of daily kitchen operations.
Menu design: Participation in the development and implementation of seasonal and Italian menu offers.
Team management: Supporting the management, training and motivation of the kitchen team to ensure the highest standards and a harmonious working atmosphere.
Quality control: Ensuring the consistently high quality and presentation of all dishes.
Guest relations: Assist in representing the kitchen and optimizing the guest experience.
Inventory management: Controlling and managing stock levels and orders in collaboration with the kitchen management.
Hygiene & Health & Safety: Monitoring compliance with hygiene standards and safety regulations.
Requirements
Professional experience: Sound experience as Demi Chef de Partie in a comparable position in upscale gastronomy.
Expertise: Sound knowledge of Italian cuisine, including the preparation and presentation of dishes.
Quality standards: Passion for excellent cuisine and a relentless commitment to quality.
Communication: Strong communication skills in German and a collaborative working style.
Organizational skills: Excellent planning and organizational skills and an eye for detail.
