Description
We are looking for you! As Commis de Rang, you will be responsible for the food service for around 30 guests together with your Chef de Rang and another colleague during the evening service. You will also be responsible for looking after guests during the afternoon snack and "probably the best breakfast on the mountain", setting the tables, decorating and setting up the various themed buffets, preparation and follow-up work. Partial, early or afternoon shifts are assigned by our head waiter/waitress. We offer performance-related pay based on 5.5 days per week and 9 hours per day.
Requirements
Serving, recommending and complimenting is in your blood? Do you embody eloquence, have a nose for nuances and are never at a loss for a good line? Then we need you! Your tasks:
- Evening meal service
- Guest service during the afternoon snack and breakfast as well as preparation and follow-up work
- Setting the tables, decorations, themed buffets
- Bar work->preparation of drinks, washing and polishing glasses, polishing cutlery
