In service, it is extremely important that you can carry more than one plate, distinguish between white and red wine and walk very briskly. So much for the basics ;-). In addition, a sound knowledge of service is desirable, as is a trusting and respectful approach to teamwork, a willingness to help and work hard and, above all, the ability to make our guests completely happy. Courteous manners, a nice smile and attentive service work wonders!
