Description
The guest is king - and so are our employees! We are looking for people who, as the figurehead of our hotel, have a genuine enthusiasm for the guest experience.

Depending on the seasonal workload and time of year, your tasks will include
- Welcoming and looking after guests
- Serving food and drinks
- Setting tables beautifully for breakfast and dinner
- Correct handling of the menu sequence at the table
- Good cooperation with the rest of the service team
- Ensuring quality work for guests through proper mise en place and cleanliness
- Confident handling of the dispensing system, coffee machine and glasswasher

Requirements
Professional and personal requirements:
- Awareness of positive guest experience and service quality
- Interest in the various beverages (product knowledge)
- Competent, motivating and goal-oriented guest service
- Business management thinking
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Maintaining calm even with a high workload
- Knowledge of hygiene regulations in the catering industry
- Languages: German spoken and written, good English, further foreign language skills an advantage
- Resourceful and active approach to problems
- Good manners and well-groomed appearance
