About our hotel concept: We offer normal hotel rooms and apartments in various sizes. Most of our guests book rooms with breakfast. All guests can decide each day whether they would like to come for dinner. Breakfast: Our guests have breakfast in a tasteful ambience and find a high-quality breakfast buffet (from which you can also eat) in the region (hot breakfast, classic dishes, breakfast porridge, fresh organic egg dishes, miso soup, etc.) Our breakfast buffet is set up from 6:00 am and guests start arriving at 7:30 am. During service, the buffet is refilled, tables are cleared and egg dishes are served. Afterwards the buffet is dismantled and partly refilled by the service for the next day. Buffet surfaces are cleaned by the service team. Afterwards, preparations are made for the evening service Evening service: Our dinner kitchen concept is called "Smart Kitchen" and is based on buffet/finger food (you can find photos on Instagram under #willkommenumzuweiden) The guests get everything from the buffet. You in the service team serve the drinks, look after the buffet (refill) and serve. Our kitchen works at a really high level and surprises our guests time and again with new creations and flavors. We know every day how many guests are coming for dinner. This makes the work really less stressful than in a "normal" half-board hotel with a 5-course menu. Advantage for the service: - No writing a table plan - No changing table linen - No setting the table - No uncovering breakfast after the evening service We concentrate on the essentials - the guest! Bar: We have a small, fine bar menu for the lobby with uncomplicated mixed drinks & cocktails and high-quality spirits. A wine list rounds off the drinks menu.
