You will produce in the hotel kitchen and send out a simple hut menu in the self-service kitchen in the Alpengasthaus Karwendel. Among other things, we are known for our Kaiserschmarrn. Depending on the seasonal workload and time of year, your tasks will include

- Mise en place work and production in the hotel kitchen

- Preparation and serving in the self-service kitchen in the Alpengasthaus Karwendel

- Careful ordering and preparation of the daily delivery

- Responsible handling of food

- Careful handling of machines and equipment

- Cleanliness at the workplace and in the kitchen

- Helping with the washing up
