🏔️ Become a department manager at our Mankei Alm! (from approx. 20.11.)
Are you a real organizational talent and want to take the lead - in the middle of the Obertauern mountains? Are you up for a dynamic team and a unique working environment? Then you've come to the right place!
Your tasks:🔹You lead a motivated team of around 12 people and make sure that the business runs like clockwork.🔹 You are responsible for the day-to-day business and ensure the well-being of our guests.🔹 For that certain "Almzauber" you organize hut evenings that will be remembered.🔹 You always have an overview - even in stressful moments!
What you bring:✅At least 5 years of management experience.✅ Driving license - you are flexible and mobile.✅ You speak German and English so that you can communicate well with guests and team members.✅ You are a real doer and keep a cool head even under high pressure.
