Your tasks: * Responsibility for a restaurant area at dinner together with a Commis * Advice on food and beverage selection * Beverage service at breakfast or cake buffet * Impeccable plating according to the respective menu sequence * Mise en place work
Requirements
* Training as a restaurant specialist or successful completion of a tourism school * Professional experience in upscale gastronomy * Excellent knowledge of German * Knowledge of wine is an advantage
