Chef de Rang (m/f/d)

• You take responsibility for your own service station
• You look after our guests personally, warmly and attentively
• You serve food and drinks with the utmost care and professionalism
• You ensure a smooth and well-organized process in your area
• You support, accompany and train Commis de Rang and trainees
• You provide our guests with expert advice on the selection of food and drinks
• You work closely with the kitchen and the entire service team - for an all-round harmonious experience

What we want from you:

• Professional experience: in the upscale hotel industry (4-star superior or 5-star)
• Service orientation: You are attentive, polite and have a keen sense for the needs of our guests in order to offer them a first-class service experience.
• Accurate and clean work: Precision and cleanliness are second nature to you, whether it's food and beverage service or preparing the restaurant for service.
• Language skills: You are fluent in German and have a good command of English to ensure smooth communication with our international guests.
• Team spirit, ability to work under pressure and punctuality: You enjoy working in a team, are able to work under pressure and are always reliable, even in stressful situations.
• Good manners and well-groomed appearance: Your friendly manner, good manners and attractive appearance represent the high standard of our hotel and contribute to a pleasant atmosphere.
