Description
We are looking for a motivated service employee for our company. Is customer service your specialty? Do you love to convince others with your expertise? Do you manage Commis de Rang and apprentices as well as your station with self-confidence and system?
Requirements
Your tasks
- Responsibility for a station
- Selling and advising on drinks
- Instructing a Commis de Rang at the station
- Dining service
- Setting up and supervising the various buffets
- Mise en place activities
- Supervision of seminars and events
Your profile
- Completed training in the gastronomy/hotel industry
- Professional experience as Chef de Rang in 4/5* luxury hotels
- Wine knowledge desired
- Enjoy dealing with people
- Communication skills and a confident manner
- Language skills
German
B2 (good intermediate level)
