You create what others long for. We've saved the best for last: everything your hands touch is an unforgettable highlight that will linger on the palate. You have mastered the art of mousses, candied cherries and conjured up artistic confectionery. But despite your perfect craftsmanship and professional approach, you never lose sight of your goal.
What you can expect
- Design & realization of the desserts as part of the full board by arrangement
- Design & implementation of the cake buffet as part of full board
- Preparation work for the evening service according to the kitchen management's specifications
- Assisting with the preparation of plates during dinner service
- Support with apprentice training / instructing apprentices at the post
Requirements
What you bring with you
- Cordiality & joy in inspiring our young and old guests
- Completed vocational training & at least 3 years of professional experience
- Initial management experience is an advantage
- Excellent technical & product knowledge
- Passion for your profession & creativity
- Clean & economical way of working
- Team spirit
- Confident communication in German & English; others an advantage
