Description
Join our kitchen team as a Chef Patissier - starting in November! As part of your new job, you will ensure the highest product quality when it comes to desserts.
The minimum wage for our Chef Patissier job offer is €2,500 net per month based on the collective agreement, working 48 hours/6 days per week.
How much higher your actual salary as Head Patissier at our 5* hotel in Oberlech am Arlberg will be is best discussed in person.
What you can expect:
- independent work in the patisserie
- Responsibility for the entire mise en place at your post
- Leading and training the directly subordinate Demi Chef de Patisserie or Commis des Patisserie
- Responsibility for product requirements in the patisserie
- Hygiene responsibility for your position in accordance with HACCP standards
- active development of new desserts
- independent training and further education
- Support with stocktaking
Requirements
You will fit in with us if you:
- Speak German and English fluently
- have completed training as a chef
- have at least 3 years of professional experience in the patisserie
- are creative and open to new ideas
- work well in a team, enjoy learning and teaching
A bonus is if you have a passion for Austrian cuisine.
