Your tasks:
- Supporting the chef de partie in the areas of entremetier, gardemanger and patisserie
- Processing fresh and regional foods
- Creative inspiration for the daily changing evening menu
- Assisting the chef de partie at your post
- Maintaining the cold store and goods
- Implementation of HACCP standards
