Description
Join our kitchen team as Chef de Partie - starting in December! As part of your new job, you will ensure the highest product quality at your post in the hotel kitchen.
The minimum wage for our Chef de Partie job offer is above the collective agreement: € 2,300 net per month for a working time of 48 hours / 6 days per week.
Requirements
This is what you can expect as Chef de Partie:
- independent work at your post
- Responsibility for the entire mise en place at your post
- Leading and training the directly subordinate Demi Chef de Partie
- Provision of the weekly starter buffet
- Responsibility for goods requirements at your post
- Hygiene responsibility for your post in accordance with HACCP standards
- active development of new dishes
- independent training and further education
- Support with stocktaking
You will fit in with us if you..
- Speak German and English
- have completed training as a chef
- have at least 1 year of professional experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or Commis de Cuisine
- can fulfill the goals and tasks set by the head chef or sous chef
- work well in a team, enjoy learning and teaching
- can treat colleagues and service providers with respect
- Value guest satisfaction and product quality
- Are enthusiastic about high-quality and special ingredients
- work cost-consciously and economically
