Do you want to be part of a young and highly motivated team in a cool pop-up hotel in Kaprun and enjoy giving our guests a wonderful and unforgettable vacation? Then you've come to the right place! To expand the team in our pop-up hotel carpe solem KAPOOM* in Kaprun, we are looking for a committed team member as CHEF DE PARTIE | KÜCHE (M/F/D) for a temporary position / 6-day week starting immediately or from the coming winter season.
The former Hotel Toni in Kaprun has been transformed into a unique pop-up hotel in 2023 as a new part of the carpe solem Circle Collection. Under the motto "NOW OR NEVER", the carpe solem KAPOOM* brings color to guests' vacations. Carpe Solem is a project development company in Salzburg that builds and operates high-quality hotel resorts in the Alps for design-oriented lifestyle travelers.
Requirements
YOUR TASKS AND QUALIFICATIONS*
- good knowledge of food preparation, presentation and storage
- close cooperation with the service team
- independent, committed and reliable way of working
- Leadership skills and ability to work in a team
- Ensuring the highest possible standards
- very good knowledge of German and English
- other foreign languages an advantage
- completed vocational training
- at least 2 years of professional experience
- high quality awareness and knowledge of HACCP
- Hands-on mentality
- Productive, flexible and collegial cooperation
