Chef de Bar (m/f/d) wanted for the Schlosshotel Lacknerhof****s
The Schlosshotel Lacknerhof ****s in Flachau stands for luxury, first-class service and culinary highlights. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and experienced Chef de Bar (m/f/d) with immediate effect.
Your tasks:
- Responsible for the coordination of the bar
- Responsibility for a professional and high quality service
- Looking after guests in the afternoon and evening
- Advising guests on the selection of drinks and food
- Responsible for the production of mixed drinks and cocktails
- Assisting in the creation of bar menus together with the Restaurant Manager & F&B Manager
- Provision of the required mise en place
- Excellent product and sales knowledge
- Booking all orders in the cash register system and carrying out correct cash accounting
- Ensuring a high quality standard and compliance with hygiene regulations and cleanliness within the framework of HACCP
- Supporting the service team in all tasks that arise
Requirements
Your profile:
- You have completed vocational training in the hotel or catering industry
- You have already gained experience in a comparable position
- You are proficient in German and English
- You are looking for a new challenge
- You are a passionate host and team player
- Language skills
