40 hours per week!
Requirements
Your qualifications:
- Professional experience in housekeeping or even as a housekeeping supervisor
- Ability to work independently
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- High level of commitment, flexibility and reliability
- Willingness to work at weekends
- Languages: German and English conversationally fluent
- Ability to work in a team
- You enjoy dealing with international guests
- You attach great importance to first-class service and your way of working is characterized by a pronounced attention to detail
- You are reliable, resilient, structured and manage to keep a smile even in stressful situations and meet all requirements
- An eye for detail and a structured way of working
Your areas of responsibility:
- You support and represent the Housekeeping Manager
- You coordinate all housekeeping tasks and plan who cleans which rooms
- You are the contact person for the entire housekeeping team
- You check the rooms and public areas after cleaning and make sure that everything meets our high standards
- You see when something is broken or missing and initiate the appropriate steps
- You take care of guests' concerns or requests from reception
- You create reports on arrivals and departures
- You report via our system when rooms are available for guests
- Cross-departmental collaboration with the entire team
- Assisting with cleaning when required
- Ensuring order in the offices and warehouses
- Order processing
- Taking over and checking laundry deliveries
