Your tasks:
- Close cooperation with the hotel management and support in team management
- HR organization for our 55-strong dream team
- Creative work in the area of recruiting and exciting projects
- Planning events and helping to design advertising & social media
- Supporting the reception team, planning group trips
What we offer:
- Year-round position from March 1 (or by arrangement)
- In winter from November 2025: 6-day week, 48 hours on site - full of action, full of fun!
- In spring/summer/autumn: maximum flexibility with lots of home office options and 20-30 hours per week

Requirements
Your tasks can be summarized as follows:
* Collaboration & support of the reception
* Supportive management of the entire team in the hotel
* Further development of the hotel quality standards
* Further development of in-house marketing
* Creating magic moments for guests and employees
* Organization of events and functions for guests and employees
* Qualitative guest and employee care
* Administrative work of the hotel management, controlling
What you should bring with you:
* Training or professional experience & preferably further professional training
* Experience in HR - the more the better!
* Written and spoken English is a prerequisite
* Good social skills as well as an open eye and a good mood! We are the home-of-good-moods :)
* A keen sense for quality and aesthetics
* Discretion and also the joy of working with people from different countries & cultures! Countries & cultures!
* Responsible and independent work* Creative ideas for group events / incentives / events in the hotel and at our ski hut
