Your profile
- Professional experience: Extensive experience as a chef or in a similar position in upscale gastronomy.
- Specialist knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Italian cuisine, including current trends and classic recipes.
- Leadership skills: Strong leadership skills, ability to lead teams and motivate staff.
- Quality standards: High standards of quality and attention to detail in the preparation and presentation of food.
- Communication: Strong communication skills and a confident manner.
- Organizational talent: Excellent planning and organizational skills and a good feel for the needs of the team.
Your tasks
- Kitchen management: Responsibility for managing the entire kitchen, including the planning, organization and control of all kitchen processes.
- Menu design: Creative and seasonal design of the menus, taking into account Italian cuisine and the wishes of our guests.
- Team management: Leading, motivating and training the kitchen team to ensure excellent performance and a harmonious working atmosphere.
- Quality control: Ensuring the highest quality and presentation of all dishes, compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Guest relations: Actively participating in guest relations and representing the kitchen to optimize the guest experience.
- Inventory management: Monitoring orders, stock control and managing the kitchen budget.
- Innovation: Developing culinary offerings and introducing new ideas to continuously improve the restaurant.

Our offer
For a full-time position WITHOUT PART-TIME SERVICES starting in May, a 5-day week (42 hours) including an attractive gross salary starting at € 3,100 (payment above the collective agreement for the hotel and catering industry, with the possibility of additional adjustments depending on qualifications).
You will also receive a share of the tips, vacation and Christmas bonuses (pro rata), free board and lodging and other goodies on top!
