Our corporate philosophy

We are looking for employees who complement our long-standing team in the best possible way. Motivation plays a major role in a family-run business. The Wellnesshotel Eggerwirt currently has over 10 months of opening time and is working towards a yearly operation. for 35 years the Wellnesshotel is now managed by family Albert & Inge Moser and recently the next generation is implementing new innovations and ideas in the high quality hotel business

Almost 100% of our employees work a 5-day week, but a 6-day week is also possible at the employee's own request. As an employer, we believe that every employee needs his or her free time. This also applies to the weekend regulations. After consultation with the head of department at the duty roster meeting, very individual regulations are available.

Staff room as well as catering is available, fitness room, gymnasium can also be used as an employee. Staff trainings, excursions or even internal training and promotion program can be perceived by each individual employee

We are happy when someone lives for his profession and this from the heart. For an introduction or also queries we are available at any time. A house inspection or also blind applications can be given up at any time, since we cover nevertheless very many different work areas in the hotel. It can be easy to get to know other departments internally, which may turn out to be your favorite job.
