"Tradition and innovation" - that is the motto of our family-run restaurant and hotel business with a long tradition (in its fourth generation since 1875) in Premstätten (formerly Unterpremstätten), 5 km south of Graz. Our team consists of around 50 employees
Our corporate philosophy
RESTAURANT
Our restaurant is known beyond the borders of Styria. We mainly cook regional and seasonal dishes. The menu includes both Styrian and international dishes. Our pizza, which is based on the original Neapolitan style, is also very popular. The kitchen and all other rooms are state of the art. We are proud of our many regular guests - in the restaurant and in the hotel
HOTEL
Our 72 modern hotel rooms are just as "up to date" and are constantly being modernized and renovated - actually before they need it
Our goal is achieved when all our guests and all our employees are satisfied. We would be delighted if you would like to join us and become part of the Urdlwirt team!
What we offer our employees
- A permanent employment contract in an annual position (not a seasonal position!)
- Remuneration above KV
- 4 or 4 ½ -day week (restaurant open from Wed to Sat)
- Mostly 2 to 3 consecutive days off
