Your tasks include
Acceptance, processing and control of incoming individual & group reservations
Creation and dispatch of reservation offers and their confirmation
Detailed individual advice for our guests on the phone
trustworthy contact for our guests and bookers
General guest correspondence and administrative activities
close cooperation with all operational departments
For this position we are looking for applicants with
completed training in a comparable job (office, reception, commercial professions)
Knowledge of English and confidence in using the common MS Office programs is an advantage
ideally knowledge of PROTEL
Reliability, sociability and good empathy
Very good manners and a well-groomed and positive appearance
positive charisma and a communicative personality
