- Individual qualification and further training measures. We are happy to invest in skills and support our employees according to their professional requirements individually and adapted to our company. Corresponding agreements must be made separately with the company
RECOGNITION & ALLOWANCES
- Long-service awards As a sign of our appreciation and solidarity, our loyal employees receive a special gift every 5 years to mark their length of service
- Happy birthday! On their birthdays, we celebrate our employees with a special gift
- Clean work clothes/laundry! Some of the most necessary employee clothing is provided. Washing and ironing facilities are available on site
- Time bonuses Those who work for us on Sundays and/or public holidays receive a corresponding bonus: this is paid out at the end of the season in the final payroll
FITNESS & LEISURE ACTIVITIES
- Our hotel gym is available to all employees free of charge and around the clock
- Discount on a season ski pass for the Obertauern ski region
GROUP EVENTS
- Events for employees. Every year, we host an end-of-season event and a small Christmas party in December
- Teamouts. If we receive suggestions for joint team activities, we will support them accordingly, depending on their nature.
