Our corporate philosophy
The ALFA Hotel is a family-run 4-star hotel in the center of Serfaus in the middle of Tyrol's ski dimension Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis. Our hotel has 41 rooms and we have an average of 90-110 guests who spend their vacation with us with half board. Our hotel has a half-board restaurant, a wellness area with various saunas and steam baths, an indoor swimming pool, an outdoor relaxation pool, a hotel bar with around 35 seats and an adjoining terrace with around 40 seats, which is also used by guests who are not staying at the hotel. Our team consists of 25-29 employees. Our aim is to offer upscale international and regional cuisine as well as top service.
