About our hotel concept: We offer normal hotel rooms and apartments in various sizes. Most of our guests book rooms with breakfast. All guests can decide every day whether they want to come for dinner or order from the small a la carte menu. Breakfast: Our guests have breakfast in a tasteful ambience and find one of the highest quality breakfast buffets (which you can also eat from) in the region (hot breakfast, classic dishes, breakfast porridge, fresh organic egg dishes, miso soup, etc.) Our breakfast buffet is set up from 6:00 am and guests start arriving at 7:30 am. During service, the buffet is refilled, tables are cleared and egg dishes are served. Afterwards the buffet is dismantled and partly refilled by the service for the next day. Buffet surfaces are cleaned by the service. Floor benches & chairs are cleaned by housekeeping. Afterwards, preparations are made for the evening service (soup station, rugs, cups, plates, etc.) Evening service: Our dinner kitchen concept is called "Smart Kitchen" and is based on buffet/finger food (you can find photos on Instagram under #willkommenumzuweiden) The guests get everything from the buffet. You in the service team serve the drinks, look after the buffet (refill) and serve. Our kitchen works at a really high level and surprises our guests again and again with new creations and flavors. The brand essence of our cuisine is: seasonal - regional - lots of vegetarian - (wild) herb cuisine with alpine flavors We know every day how many guests are coming for dinner. This means that the work is really less stressful than in a "normal" half-board hotel with a 5-course menu.
